<aside> ⚠️
Combat in the Great Hall is not permitted when players are actively preparing or consuming food. Foam weapons/ammo and open flame, cooking knives, and hot soup don’t mix! If you’re not sure, ask Staff!

Despite what some may say, vikings are not without honor. Violence of any kind is forbidden in the Great Hall, and those who violate this simple rule will face harsh consequences. See: Crime & Justice
For those who wish to take Hospitality one step further, the Law of Hospitality can broadly be broken down into two parts: Host-right and guest-right.
Hosts are to be treated with respect by their guests, and to be acknowledged as the masters of their domain. A host’s rules for their space must be followed by their guests, and they have the right to ask unruly guests to leave.
Guests are to be treated with respect by their host, and to be acknowledged as honored visitors. A host should provide for the needs of their guests, within reason. A guest has the right to leave without interference if they feel unwelcome.
