Vikings may earn Favor with Supercorporations in a number of ways including through Contracts and NPC interaction. However, most supercorps have a rival, and earning Favor with a particular supercorp will reduce your Favor with their rival. Vikings in Player Factions gain and lose supercorp favor as a group.
Once an event, the Anchor NPC awards Favor to the individual viking or Player Faction for outstanding service to the Fenris. The Anchor NPC expects vikings to be well-rounded, and will render judgment including, but not limited to, the following factors.
Achievements in each of these areas are called Feats. Accumulating the most Feats across the pillars of Combat, Exploration and Settlement earns an individual viking or Player Faction the Anchor NPC’s Favor for the following event. This grants the winner a number of perks, but they are ineligible to win it again the next event.
Note: The Anchor NPC has greater expectations of larger, better-equipped Player Factions.
