Raiding parties consisting of vikings constitute the primary method of recovering precious Silver from the local inhabitants. Occasionally, raiders may also discover important Intel or even Ship Resources on these raids.
Out of game, raids are a way for Staff to ensure smooth operations primarily by assisting in the setup and teardown of game spaces. Raiders may be asked to aid with simple logistical tasks, take on the role of minor NPCs, or portray wandering threats.
Signups for scheduled Raids will be posted in advance of the Event. Typically one can expect a 30 minute block for a Raid, and no Raids will be scheduled during Feasts. Staff always appreciate raiders who are willing to be “on call” to be tapped for a Raid when needed.
The Player Faction that fields the most Raiding Parties in an event will surely earn great Favor with the Anchor NPC…
